Machine Audits: If you’re wondering why your machine isn’t performing to the level as others in the plants, call us for an audit. Our knowledgeable Service Technicians will check and document any issues for each machine and determine what needs to be corrected to improve your machine performance.
Support: In addition to providing replacement parts, Beckon Worldwide can also offer in-plant support.
Service: Not only is Beckon Worldwide able to offer guidance to your team, but we are also able to provide hands on machine repair when your machine goes down, minimizing down time.

Beckon Worldwide Field Service Rate
The following is to be used as a basic outline for Beckon Worldwide, Inc. Field Service Work. Due to varying prices, we ask that you call or email Beckon Worldwide for a quotation. All Field Service Work is billed in US dollars.
Field Service Cost Calculation
Our Field Service cost calculation can include, but is not limited to the following:
- Daily rate of service x number of days
- Overtime x number of hours
- Transportation cost (airfare, car rental, mileage, etc.)
- Hotel
- Per Diem
Daily Rate
- In most cases, the daily rate applies from the time Beckon Service Technician(s) leave the respected base of operation until they return.
- All international Per Diem rates are established by the United States Department of State.
- Domestic Per Diem and any personal mileage rates are established by the United States Internal Revenue Service.
- Any hotel, airfare, taxi, train or other means of transportation not covered by Per Diem may be billed at actual cost.
- The Daily rate may be charged for all days while Beckon Service Technician(s) are on a Field Service Trip, including non-working days as determined by the customer as well as holidays when Beckon Service Technician(s) are required to remain on-site but not work.
Beckon Worldwide, Inc. Recognized Holidays
The following may be considered a working holiday when performing Field Service Work and are subject to additional charges:
- New Year’s Eve (December 31)
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Easter Weekend (Good Friday – Easter Sunday)
- Memorial Day/Weekend (Memorial Day is celebrated on the last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day/Weekend (Labor Day is celebrated on the first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Weekend (Fourth Thursday in November – Following Sunday)
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
